Our staff offer a wealth of knowledge in the field of building code consulting and building certification to projects ranging from single dwellings to multi-storey high-rise residential, retail and commercial buildings including industrial, aged-care and tenancy fit-outs.
Our A1 Accredited Certifiers can assess and approve developments that incorporate Performance Based Alternative Solutions prepared by Accredited Fire Engineers, including those that require referral to Fire & Rescue NSW.

Manuel has a unique skill set and background that provides him with an advantage in understanding planning and construction methodologies, having commenced his career in construction as a contract administrator, developing into a project manager and now practicing as a building surveyor.

Building Regulations Consultant
Laura joined Building Control Group in 2018 after 9 years of experience with various local governments.
Laura has specialist knowledge and experience in swimming pool design and legislation and has developed and delivered various presentations for organisations including the AAC (Association of Accredited Certifiers), UTS (University of Technology), EDAP (Environmental Development and Allied Professionals), EHA (Environmental Health Australia) and various local governments across Sydney. Laura currently sits on various government organised committees including the Cross Agency Advisory Group for swimming pool legislation in NSW. Laura is now looking to broaden her knowledge of building certification by obtaining increased Accreditation levels whilst working directly with our A1 - A3 Accredited Certifiers on a variety of residential projects.
